- Chef Profile Data: Cooking specialty, duty status (e.g. available, cooking, off today), and dish menus.
- Household Location: Address and notes for meal delivery/service within the household.
- Meal Preferences & Orders: Selected dishes, customized notes, dietary preferences, and order history.
B. Technical Information
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, and push notification tokens (Firebase FCM) to alert you about meal order status.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used exclusively for:
- Meal Coordination: Transmitting food orders and preparation notes between members and chefs.
- Account Access: Verifying accounts via login/OTP and administrator review.
- Status Notifications: Sending order alerts (e.g., Cooking, Prepared, Delivered) via push notifications.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party advertisers or external marketing entities. Data is only accessible to authorized household members, assigned chefs, and the administrator.
4. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted through the application is encrypted via standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Access to administrative systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
